The gite in detail
Our house offers all modern comfort with the charm of Périgord stone. Designed for 8 people, it can accommodate 2 more people on the mezzanine level by transforming the sofa into a double bed for the night. On an enclosed park of 2,600 m2 with a heated swimming pool, we have everything planned to make you spend a pleasant stay.

The 2,600 m2 fully enclosed park is totally dedicated to you:
- a separate games room in a fitted and closed building (table tennis, darts, …):
- a heated swimming pool;
- a plancha corner, wood oven for pizzas;
- a swing;
- a splendid view and not overlooked on the Périgord countryside.

Further information
- Tourist tax 1.10 € per night and per adult.
- Deposit of 500 € refundable in view of the inventory at the end of the stay.
- Rentals are from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. (provide inventory before your departure)
- Possibility of short stay with a minimum of 3 nights from OCTOBER to APRIL, excluding school holidays and subject to availability.
Benefits
The rental cost includes the supply of all household linen (kitchen, toilet, swimming pool, sheets), beds are made on arrival.
From May to September the pool is open and heated
From October to April including heating
